Judges @ Bay Pen Events

Ok here we go....we need to get some chat going on in here and I have a great question. Do they still do clinics for Bay Pen Judges? Should you have certified judges? How do you find out who is certified?

One reason I ask is because we use the same judges all the time at our pen, granted I think they are both fair and do a great job. But what is you wanted to get a different judge every now and then, or what if you need a back up judge in case one cant make it. I am just trying to get a feel on how other bay pens do it.
